These recipes feature Costco’s thinly sliced steak! This is one of our favorite easy proteins to use for weeknight dinners. It cooks so quickly, can be made into a lot of different things, and everyone loves it!
Keep a pack or two in the freezer for a rainy day. It thaws quickly too!
Don’t have a Costco near you? Ask your local butcher at the meat counter to slice some steak super thin and get cooking!
Traeger Philly Cheesesteak Casserole
We love this easy Cheesesteak Casserole! I cook it on the Traeger, but if you don’t have a pellet grill or smoker on your deck you can easily make this in the oven too. Add a couple of loaves of French bread from the grocery store and you’ve got enough sandwiches to feed an army.

Spicy Beef and Korean Rice Cakes – Tteokbokki
Want something spicy and shockingly good? This recipe for spicy Tteokbokki is inspired by all of our favorite flavors from Korean cuisine, and is simple to make, too!

Homemade Hot Roast Beef Sandwich
Our simple hot roast beef sandwich tastes like it is straight out of a Midwest diner. Lots of gravy, piles of tender meat, and next to a big pile of mashed potatoes and more gravy? You’ve got an incredible sandwich that is perfect for a hearty dinner in a flash.

Easy Blackstone Carne Asada
A simple marinade and a quick cook make this the easiest (and arguably most delicious) taco Tuesday you’ll ever have. We used our gas griddle to cook this meal, but if you don’t have one you will still have awesome tacos cooking this in a cast iron pan on the stovetop.

Traeger Steak and Potato French Onion Casserole
This is such a simple recipe it almost feels like cheating. Layer ingredients in a big casserole dish, pop it in the pellet grill or the oven, sprinkle on some seasonings, and wait for the magic to happen!

Traeger Grilled Beef Bulgogi
This amazing Korean dish is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner! Toss the meat in the marinade in the morning and after work you’ll have dinner on the table in like 20 minutes. Amazing. Great flavor, and worth the time/effort to find an Asian Pear.

Blackstone Philly Cheesesteaks
There’s nothing faster or easier than a good cheesesteak, and your gas griddle is a great way to cook them! You can make enough for an army in about 15 minutes. Pro tip – use the Cheez Whiz. You see provolone pictured, but the Cheez Whiz is really the way to go.

Blackstone Beef and Broccoli
You’re going to need extra rice to soak up all of this delicious brown sauce! Crunchy broccoli, tender beef, easy cooking process and ingredients you probably already have in your fridge and pantry. We loved this dish so much!

Korean Japchae Recipe
You may not see any thinly sliced beef pictured here, but you easily could. It would be perfect to incorporate into this Japchae recipe! You’ll want to keep some of these glass noodles in your pantry just for this dish.

Smoked Cheesesteak Jalapeño Poppers
This isn’t exactly a “dinner”, but don’t try and tell my teenagers that. They’d eat a dozen of these and then ask what else there is to eat. I mean – technically they could be a meal. You’ve got meat, vegetables, and dairy here.

Blackstone Teriyaki Steak Yakisoba
Yakisoba is another great quick dinner option that’s easy to throw together using whatever you have laying around in the fridge that needs to get used up. The thinly sliced steak is a great option because it cooks quickly, like the other yakisoba ingredients.

Blackstone Steak Udon
This one is very similar to the yakisoba recipe you saw previously, but it uses a thicker noodle in place of the yakisoba. Udon is great for soups and stir fry, and I like to keep a pack in the fridge for those evenings when we want something delicious, but it also needs to be FAST.
