Grilled Bison Burger
Bison, known for being leaner than beef, makes for an excellent burger all on its own, but what really takes this burger over the top is mixing in some ground pork. This recipe uses simple seasoning from our popular OWYD Smoky SPG, allowing the natural flavors of the meat to shine. We grill the patties at a higher temperature to make sure we get a perfect sear on the outside, all while keeping the inside juicy and tender. Topped with melted Colby Jack cheese and your favorite condiments, this burger will make all of the cheeseburger fans in your house very, very happy.
