Air Fryer Sausage Frittata
Easy breakfasts are my go-to, especially for times when I want to feed people something a little better than a bowl of cold cereal, but I also don’t want to spend an hour standing over the stove, dirtying every dish in my kitchen, and leaving an epic mess behind.
I love the air fryer, but sometimes people don’t understand that you can use it for so much more than reheating foods or cooking frozen convenience dishes.
We loved this easy frittata, and I think your family will too! It is perfect to whip up for a quick breakfast, or make one on the weekend, divide it into individual portions, and you can meal prep your way to success for the whole work week.
