Air Fryer Chicken Breasts Recipe
I’m all about meal-prepping these days. It really helps me make better food decisions in the middle of my work day if I can reach for something protein-heavy and already mostly made, instead of having to cook something from nothing or running to a restaurant for take-out.
Pictured here, you see me using two different rubs. On the lighter colored chicken breast, I used our OWYD Roasted Chicken Rub. I love that rub so much on chicken for things like chicken caesar salads and chicken ranch wraps.
On the other two breasts I used Spiceology’s Maui Wowee Teriyaki Rub. Those got sliced and put over some rice with stir-fried vegetables for an easy chicken teriyaki.
You can customize this dish to be whatever you want it to be, so get crazy with the spices and rubs that you use.
