These delicious homemade fries are made with a couple of fresh Russet potatoes, coated in avocado oil, tossed with bold seasonings, and cooked right in your air fryer!
Thoroughly wash your potatoes, and slice in into sticks.
Dry with a clean dish towel or paper towels, and toss with the oil in a bowl.
Sprinkle the seasonings over the top and toss to evenly distribute.
Put the oiled, seasoned potatoes into your air fryer basket. Don't overstuff! They don't have to be in a single layer, but enough surface area of each needs to be exposed in order for the air to hit them and crisp them up.
Preheat your air fryer to 425° (or as high as it goes), and put the potatoes in. Cook for 5-6 minutes, and then shake the basket to toss the fries around, and continue cooking for another 5-6 minutes. Continue to cook and shake until your fries are golden brown and as crispy as you'd like them to be.
