Skip the pre-made coleslaw dressing and mix up a batch of your own! This coleslaw is tangy, sweet, and if you are smart it'll have a kick of horseradish in it too.

Ingredients

  • 1 large bag tri-color coleslaw shreds
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons White Tuxedo Rub (optional but amazing)
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the sauce ingredients with a whisk. Dump in the coleslaw shreds, stir to evenly coat, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
