Our easy Traeger Grilled London Broil recipe features my favorite steak marinade, and is so easy to make! We do this one "hot and fast" style, and cook until the roast reaches medium-rare.

Ingredients
1 - 2 pound London Broil
salt & pepper
Marinade
1/2 cup tamari
1/4 cup black vinegar
6 ounces pineapple juice
1 tablespoon gochugaru
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
Mix together the marinade ingredients in a large sealable plastic baggie or other contain that can be covered. Put the roast in, and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat your grill to 400°+. Dry off your roast, season liberally with salt and pepper, and then toss it on the grill.
Grill it for about 7-10 minutes per side, or until the internal temp reaches your ideal level of doneness. We prefer medium rare, so pull our steaks and roasts at about 125° before letting them rest.
Let the London Broil rest for 10-15 minutes, tented, before slicing against the grain.
