asparagus

salted butter
Instructions
Preheat your griddle over medium-low heat.
Trim the woody ends off of your asparagus spears.
Place 2 tablespoons butter on the griddle and let melt.
Put the asparagus on top of the melted butter in a single layer.
Sprinkle the SPG over the asparagus.
Roll the asparagus after 2-3 minutes and continue cooking until it is crisp-tender. How long it takes depends on how thick your asparagus spears are.
Remove from the griddle and serve hot.
