Take the goat cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, and salt and whip together with a hand mixer. Spread in the bottom of a grill-safe baking dish. Place into the preheated smoker.
While the cheese is smoking, place the blueberries, honey, brown sugar, and balsamic glaze into a small pot. Heat over medium-low heat until simmering. Stir occasionally to ensure the mixture doesn't burn, and cook for 10-15 minutes over low to medium-low heat.
After about 20-25 minutes, remove the goat cheese mixture from the smoker, drizzle with the blueberry reduction, and sprinkle the top with the red pepper flakes. Drizzle the whole mixture with more honey (hot honey would be killer here if you like a kick) and serve with warm pita bread or crackers.
