Spray an 8" cake pan thoroughly with cooking spray.
Brown and crumble sausage. Set aside.
Place the sausage into your cake pan. Cover with half the cheese.
Mix eggs and milk well until slightly frothy and completely combined. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into cake pan over other ingredients.
Put in the Air Fryer at 3°50F for 20 minutes, top with the remaining cheese at that point and continue to cook for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the center doesn't jiggle when you gently shake the pan. Check often during last 5-10 minutes because they go from runny to set very quickly.
