These crispy buffalo wings are made right on your Blackstone Griddle! You're going to love these crispy, tender, delicious wings. Don't skimp on the Buffalo sauce either!
Dry the wings thoroughly with paper towels. Arrange them on a wire rack placed over a large baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and refrigerate uncovered overnight for optimal results.
Preheat your griddle over medium heat. While it heats up, toss the wings with a few tablespoons of oil and the other dry seasonings.
Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on the preheated griddle. Drizzle additional oil on top periodically, turning the wings occasionally to monitor cooking progress and skin condition.
Cook until the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F and the skin is as crisp as desired.
