Prepare your taco meat. If you are using leftovers, heat them up in the microwave or on the griddle.
Preheat your griddle over medium heat. Warm your tortillas lightly on the griddle surface to make them soft and pliable.
Lay out the large tortilla and place 1/2 cup of meat and cheese in the center. Top with a tostada shell lightly spread with refried beans on one side. Top that with lettuce, sour cream, and tomatoes.
Put the small soft taco tortilla over the filling and fold up the larger tortilla over the top of everything, making some pleats so it will lay flat.
Lightly oil your griddle surface and carefully flip over the crunch wrap so the pleats are facing down. Press down on the top with a spatula and brown the bottom.
Carefully flip over and brown the other side.
Remove and eat while hot with your favorite hot sauce.
