butter
maple syrup
Instructions
Set your griddle to low-medium heat. In a bowl, whisk eggs, eggnog, cinnamon, vanilla, sugar, and salt until no visible egg whites remain.
Spread a thin layer of butter on the griddle.
Dip each bread slice into the mixture, coating fully.
Place on the griddle and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until the coating is set and the surface becomes a light golden hue.
Repeat for all slices.
Serve with extra butter and warmed real maple syrup.
