These homemade Blackstone Smashburgers are an incredible way to enjoy your favorite cheeseburger! Easy to prepare, delicious to eat, what could be better?
Cook bacon until it reaches your desired level of crispiness.
Place the burger balls onto the preheated grill, and immediately smash down with a burger smasher, bacon press, or heavy-duty spatula. Use a piece of parchment paper to make removing the spatula easier.
Season the top side of the burger with some OWYD Smoky SPG.
Cook for several minutes until a dark-brown crust forms and then flip. Season the cooked side of the burger.
Top with cheese, cover with a melting lid (if necessary), and cook another couple of minutes until the bottom has formed the crust.
