Mix the flour with the salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
In another bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
In another bowl, add the bread crumbs.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized chunks. Dredge in the flour, then dunk in the egg wash, and finally lightly coat in bread crumbs.
Place the chicken into the air fryer and cook at 375°F until the chicken is golden brown and the internal temperature is at 165°F.
Remove from the air fryer and toss with your buffalo sauce. Serve with our high protein ranch dressing for dipping.
