These easy potatoes are a perfect breakfast side dish, or make it into a whole meal by adding some eggs! Great griddle breakfast!

Ingredients

butter

frozen diced potatoes
Instructions
Preheat your griddle to medium heat.
Add the oil and butter to the griddle.
Once the butter is melted, add the onions and peppers to the griddle and let cook until soft.
Next, add the potatoes on top and stir to combine and toss with the oil and butter. Sprinkle with the SPG.
Let the potatoes cook until they are browned on the bottom, and then flip.
Cook until the potatoes are as golden brown as you like.
Serve hot with your favorite breakfast fixings!
