Bison is one of our favorite red meats, and when you mix in some ground pork it makes one of the most epic burgers we've ever cooked! Load it up with your favorite fixings and enjoy one of the ultimate burger experiences!
Gently mix the pork and bison together and form your patties. Season on both sides with the SPG.
Grill the burgers directly on the grill grates for around 20 minutes, or until they reach approximately 140-145°F internal temperature, or your desired level of doneness.
Put cheese on the burgers during the last minute of cooking and let melt.
Serve on toasted buns with all of your favorite fixings.
