Ingredients

boneless skinless chicken breast

teaspoon
salt
1 ½
tablespoons
blackening rub
2
tablespoons
olive oil
Instructions
Preheat your grill to 375°F.
Brush the chicken breast with oil on both sides.
Season liberally with cajun blackening seasoning.
Place the seasoned chicken right on the grates and grill for 8-10 minutes.
Flip, and continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove from the grill and let rest for 5-10 minutes, tented with foil.
Slice against the grain, and serve hot.
