This incredible grilled halibut collar is marinated in a soy sauce mixture and is perfect served on top of a big pile of udon!

Ingredients

halibut collar

soy sauce

brown sugar

pineapple juice

garlic

crushed ginger

sriracha sauce

crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions
Mix all the dry and wet ingredients together in a one gallon ziplock bag.
Add the fish collars to the marinade and place in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
Preheat your grill to 450°F.
Take your fish collars out of the bag and place them directly onto the grill.
Cook for 10-12 minutes, then flip the collars over and let them cook for another 10-12 minutes.
Remove from the grill when done.
Serve over rice or stir fry noodles.
