Pat the block of feta dry with paper towels. Mix together the flour and Greek Freak seasoning blend. In another bowl, whisk the egg. In a third dish, mix the sesame seeds.
Place the Feta into the flour. Coat well.
Next, coat the feta in the egg.
Finally, liberally coat in sesame seeds.
Preheat the Blackstone over medium-low heat. Put some of the oil down onto the griddle surface. Place the sesame-coated feta block into the hot oil. Cook until it is golden brown, and then flip.
Continue to cook until it is lightly browned on all sides.
Remove to a serving plate and drizzle with hot honey.
Serve with crackers and pita bread or pita chips. Fresh vegetables are also great for serving with this dish.
