Skillet Pierogi Casserole

Ingredients

butter

cheese and potato pierogi

kielbasa
sliced
½
yellow onion
diced
¼
cup
sour cream

ounces
cream cheese
softened

cup
chicken stock

cup
shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Melt the butter in a large non-stick skillet. Add the pierogies and let brown lightly on both sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Add the kielbasa and onions and brown the kielbasa on both sides.
Add the pierogi back into the skillet and reduce the heat to low.
Mix together the sour cream, cream cheese, and chicken stock until smooth. Add to the skillet and stir. Heat until bubbly.
Top with the cheddar cheese and cover. Turn heat off and let the cheese melt. Serve hot.
