Instructions
Preheat your oven or pellet grill to 275°F.
Layer the chips, sloppy joe mix, and cheese in 2-3 layers on a grill-safe baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet into the oven or pellet grill and let cook for 20 minutes.
When the cheese is fully melted, remove from the oven and top with the candied jalapenos.
Top with sour cream and serve hot.
