These sweet and savory pork chops are cooked in a skillet on the Traeger and are delicious! We can't get enough of these. Serve with some mashed potatoes or pasta!

apple cider vinegar

teaspoon
black pepper

Instructions
Preheat the Traeger to 375°F.
Brush the chops with olive oil and season with the seasoned salt.
Place directly onto the grates of the preheated grill. Cook for 5 minutes per side.
While the chops are cooking, melt the butter in a saucepan on the stove and whisk in the sugar, garlic, cream, apple cider vinegar, and pepper.
Let simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat, whisking frequently, until the sugar is dissolved.
Place the pork chops into a cast iron pan or another type of grill-safe skillet in a single layer.
Pour the brown sugar sauce over the top.
Reduce the heat in the grill to 300°F.
Cook the chops for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 140-145°F.
Remove from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
