Instructions
Preheat your grill to 225°F.
Place the hot dogs on the grill and let smoke for 20 minutes.
Crank up the heat to 425°F.
Continue to cook the hot dogs, turning regularly, until they have nice grill marks and your desired level of char.
Add the buns, cut side down, during the last 3 minutes.
Top with the mustard, tomato, pickle, and diced onions.
