Next time you need a whole pitcher of something delicious for adults only, I’ve got a great recipe for you to try. This Orange Creamsicle Mimosa for a crowd is definitely going to be a hit!
Orange Creamsicle Mimosa
I have just recently discovered the experience that is a mimosa. I’ve heard of them, of course, a lot of times. But there’s something about an occasion that might allow for a morning cocktail that’s a little bit decadent, and guarantees you are in for a relaxing day.
I made these last weekend for an afternoon barbecue at my house, and there definitely wasn’t any leftovers. These pack a bit more of a kick that your traditional mimosas though, so be careful!
You can put any kind of fresh fruit in here. Strawberries and prosecco is so delicious though, I tossed a bag of frozen strawberries into the mix, and cut up some fresh strawberries to put into the individual glasses too.
If you like these, you will really like my cherry pina coladas too. Not so into coconut? Another great option for cocktails for a crowd is my lemongrass lemon drop. It is very refreshing on a hot day!
What is your favorite cocktail? Are you a champagne person? How about prosecco? I am kind of digging them both, these days, and I love mixing them into other cocktails most of all. Some of my favorite cocktails on the road have involved some kind of bubbly or another.

This easy drink is great for a crowd, and packs a bit of a bigger punch than your typical mimosa.

It is just a generic measurement that lets you adjust things according to your needs. It could be a cup or it could be a bottle. Either way. ;) This is a very flexible recipe, and I wouldn't worry too much about specific measurements. You can, if you want to, of course, but it isn't really necessary.
