When it is time to break out the tiki glasses, it is time for a pitcher-sized batch of Cherry Pineapple Rum Punch to pass around.
Cherry Pineapple Rum Punch takes all of my favorite tropical flavors and combines them into one fruity and potent cocktail that is perfect for so many occasions.
Cherry Pineapple Rum Punch Recipe
Some weeks, the end of the week rolls around and it kind of feels like you need a transition period. A ritual, to rid yourself of all of that WEEKDAY stress, and to be able to enjoy a weekend.
Or maybe that’s just me, at 10+ months in this house with 7 kids during the most stressful collective year of our lives.
I tell ya what. It is hard to be mad about a big pitcher of rum punch about to add some levity to your Friday night.

How to make the best Rum Punch EVER
I love punches because there aren’t any fancy methods you need to memorize or equipment you need to buy to mix them up. You just pour, stir, and drink.
For this one, I took all of the rums I could get my hands on and poured healthy amounts of each before topping the whole thing off with juice. Orange juice. Pineapple juice. Cherry juice, right from the jar.
Throwing a Luau?
Since I can’t GO to Hawaii right now, or any island, at the moment, a homemade version is in order. Here are some recipes to get you started!
A Salmon Poke Bowl is a great way to celebrate! You could also throw together some Kalua Pork for people who don’t (or can’t) do raw fish.
This Huli Huli Chicken from Kevin is Cooking would also be really amazing!
Cherry Pineapple Rum Punch
Fruity Cherry Pineapple Rum Punch takes 3 different kinds of rum (4 if you are brave) and mixes it with pineapple, orange, and cherry juice to make one of the tastiest cocktails there is. If you can't BE on the beach, you can still drink like you are.

- 6 ounces pineapple rum (4 shots)
- 6 ounces coconut rum (4 shots)
- floater of dark rum, if desired
- 18 ounces pineapple juice
- 8 ounces orange juice
- 2 ounces cherry juice
- cherry, pineapple, and orange slices for garnish, if desired

- Mix together in a large pitcher and pour over ice. Garnish, serve, and enjoy!
Notes
Give this a dark rum float if you are feeling it!
