1
Preheat
Get your grill or oven fired up to 375°F.
2
Prep
Butter a 9×13 inch pan. Slice your potatoes. Grate your cheese (if you haven’t already).
3
Assemble
Toss the potato slices with the seasonings. Put half in the buttered baking dish. Top with half the cheese. Then add the other half of the potatoes, pour over the half and half, and then finally top with the remaining cheese.
4
Grill/Bake
Cover with foil and cook the potatoes for around 25-30 minutes.
Uncover and continue to cook for another 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
(Make sure to check the middle, that cooks slower than the edges!)
5
Rest & Enjoy
Let the potatoes rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing, and then serve hot.
