How to make Dairy-Free Ice Cream

Mix
Combine coconut cream, vanilla oat milk, sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Whisk until the sugar dissolves.

Add to container
Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container up to the scoopable max fill line.

Freeze
Freeze the container for at least 24 hours.

Process
Place the container in the Ninja Creami Deluxe and run it on the Lite Ice Cream cycle.

Check the consistency, and if it is as creamy as you like it, eat it. If not, reprocess and then enjoy!

Ninja Creami Dairy-Free Vanilla Ice Cream
You can still have creamy dreamy ice cream even if you're dairy free! This ice cream base is great on its own or as the base for any number of mix-ins.
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1 cup vanilla oat milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoons vanilla
Instructions
- Whisk together all ingredients until the sugar is dissolved. Add to the scoopable fill line in the Ninja Creami container.
- Freeze for at least 24 hours.
- Remove lid and place into the Ninja Creami Delux with the lid on following the factory instructions, and run on the Lite Ice Cream cycle.
- Remove and check the consistency. Process again if it isn't as creamy as you prefer.
- Serve immediately, and freeze any excess promptly.

You can definitely tell there's coconut milk in it, but I wouldn't call it overwhelmingly coconut.
