Balsamic Vinaigrette Recipe

Balsamic Vinaigrette is a classic and versatile salad dressing that enhances the flavors of fresh greens and vegetables. Made with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced shallot, garlic, Dijon mustard, and honey, this vinaigrette is perfect for those looking to add a tangy, slightly sweet touch to their salads. It’s easy to make and can be stored in the refrigerator for convenience. Whether you’re dressing a simple green salad or a more complex medley of vegetables, balsamic vinaigrette is a go-to option.

Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette

Balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing is a staple in my kitchen. It is so versatile and easy to make. I just keep a couple of mason jars in the fridge with a variety of homemade salad dressings in them so I have options when I need a quick lunch.

The combination of balsamic vinegar and olive oil is perfect because it creates a rich, tangy base without any actual cream or dairy products. Dijon mustard and honey add a perfect balance of spice and sweetness. This homemade dressing is healthier and tastes better than store-bought versions, too, because it’s free from preservatives and artificial additives.
