Ingredients
- 3 pounds ground beef
- 1 tablespoon OWYD SPG
- 8 slices cheese
- 8 hamburger buns
- 16 slices bacon
Instructions
- Form the burgers into 8 equally-sized balls.
- Preheat your Blackstone over medium-high heat.
- Cook bacon until it reaches your desired level of crispiness.
- Place the burger balls onto the preheated grill, and immediately smash down with a burger smasher, bacon press, or heavy-duty spatula. Use a piece of parchment paper to make removing the spatula easier.
- Season the top side of the burger with some OWYD Smoky SPG.
- Cook for several minutes until a dark-brown crust forms and then flip. Season the cooked side of the burger.
