Ingredients

  • 1 block fresh Feta
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons Greek Freak
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup black sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 1/3 cup hot honey

Instructions

  • Pat the block of feta dry with paper towels. Mix together the flour and Greek Freak seasoning blend. In another bowl, whisk the egg. In a third dish, mix the sesame seeds.
  • Place the Feta into the flour. Coat well.
  • Next, coat the feta in the egg.
  • Finally, liberally coat in sesame seeds.
  • Preheat the Blackstone over medium-low heat. Put some of the oil down onto the griddle surface. Place the sesame-coated feta block into the hot oil. Cook until it is golden brown, and then flip.
  • Continue to cook until it is lightly browned on all sides.
  • Remove to a serving plate and drizzle with hot honey.
  • Serve with crackers and pita bread or pita chips. Fresh vegetables are also great for serving with this dish.
