- 3 marinated artichoke hearts minced

- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F. Cut the cream cheese partially through the brick in a cross-hatch pattern. Sprinkle the Greek Freak seasoning on all sides.
