Blackstone Smash Lumpia

I love them because not only are they super tasty, but they are all EASY too. Bonus! I’m all for recipes that all the teenagers will love, but don’t leave me with a kitchen full of dirty dishes and an overly complicated cooking process.
These Smash Lumpia aren’t traditional or authentic, by any stretch, but they are delicious and incorporate all the flavors that you love in lumpia, without the mess of deep frying, and without the prep time that is required when you are rolling and sealing.
