Steamed Pork Dumplings Recipe

Spoiler alert – this recipe uses the exact same filling recipe as my Fried Pork Dumplings recipe. They have been a big hit for over 10 years on the site, and I wanted to do a slightly different take on them for a recent meal.

I love the method of bunching up the top of these into little bundles. It is so much easier and faster than trying to do those complicated folds, and you really aren’t losing anything in the texture department by doing it this way either.

These dumplings make a perfect start to your next Asian-inspired meal. Whether you’re going to serve Stir Fry, Yakisoba, Chicken Teriyaki, Bulgogi, or a big batch of Chicken Fried Rice, it is a perfect start to the meal.
